Delete your Singdu account
You can permanently delete your Singdu account in the Android app or request deletion without reinstalling the app.
Delete in the app
Sign in to Singdu, open Settings → Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. For security, a recent sign-in may be required.
Request deletion outside the app
Email us from the address associated with your Singdu account. Use the subject “Singdu account deletion request” and include your Singdu display name. Never send your password.
If you cannot email from the account address, contact privacy@singdu.site and explain why so we can use another reasonable verification method.
What we delete
After we verify the request, we delete the Firebase Authentication account, the RevenueCat customer record used to manage purchase access, and associated Singdu profile, profile photo, learning progress, community posts, reports, feedback, friendships, blocks, notifications, and push-registration records.
What may be retained
Limited information may remain temporarily in provider backups or security logs, or be retained where required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety, or legal compliance. Public content copied or captured by another user may remain outside Singdu’s control.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Singdu account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play before deleting your account. Manage Google Play subscriptions
